At NETNA, we understand the importance of getting routine health care. During this pandemic, we are offering telemedicine visits. However telemedicine visits are not appropriate for all patients.

For those of you who need an in-person visit, please know that our office is a safe space.

We thoroughly screen you before coming into our office. You are also required to wear a mask. All of the staff at NETNA wear masks and eye protection when we are in the room with you. In addition, all employees are screened daily.

We collect any money owed for the appointment over the phone before your visit. This reduces contact and passing of money/credit cards back-and-forth.

Our waiting room is closed. We ask that you wait in your vehicle until an exam room is open. Call or text us when you get here. The wait is usually only a few minutes.

No visitors are allowed in our clinic at this time. Only patients with scheduled appointments may come into the clinic.

Our exam rooms and all equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each patient.

Things are definitely different at NETNA. Our clinic does not run as efficient as it used to. But the most important thing is that you get your routine check-ups for your neurological conditions. We appreciate your patience, and look forward to a time when we can see your entire, beautiful face.
