Reduced Office Hours due to Covid-19

This week, I made the very difficult decision to close the office to all in-person visits. Despite all the precautions we were taking, I felt that the safety of my patients and my staff was at too high a risk of being exposed to Covid-19 if we continued to see patients in our office.

I know that closing our office limits access to us. We are now doing all Telemedicine visits via three platforms. You can read more about the options for Telemedicine at our clinic here. Most insurance companies, including Medicare, are paying for these visits just like an office visit. For most of you, all you will owe is your normal co-pay.

Although the hours you can reach us over the phone are reduced, I encourage you to reach out to us over the Patient Portal. You can request refills, pay your balance, or ask me or Talesh questions over the HIPAA secure platform. To log in to your portal account, go to www.yourhealthfile.com. During this time, please stay safe at home, wash your hands, and do not touch your face. You have to power to flatten the curve and end this pandemic. Together, we will get through this.
